Is there Pay-on-Delivery (POD)?

No. We don’t currently offer Pay-on-Delivery. All payments must be completed upfront through the available payment options.

What payment methods are available?

Nigeria: Card, Bank Transfer, and USSD.
UK: Card only.

How will I know when my package arrives?

We’ll send you a notification once your goods arrive at our local hub for pickup.

What happens if there’s a problem with my order?
